Heard the learned APP.
This is an application for grant of leave to file appeal. Perused the application and the impugned judgment of the Trial Court.
The learned APP argued and pointed out paragraph Nos.16 and 17 of the impugned judgment. From the said paragraphs, it appears that the incident took place in the daylight and there is evidence of injured witnesses.
Considering all these aspects, it would be proper to allow the application and grant leave to the applicant / State to file appeal. Therefore, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice.
