This petition is filed to direct respondent nos. 1 and 2 to produce Pradnya, the daughter of the petitioner before this Court and to hand over her custody to the petitioner.

Smt.Parveen Salman Ansari @ Pradnya Abhiman Balsane is present before this Court. She is identified by Advocate Shri P.B.Pawar. On interacting with her, she stated that she is staying with her husband and in-laws. She desires

In that view of the matter and the fact that Smt. Parveen @ Pradnya is present before this Court, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
