DATE : 19.07.2021 PER COURT :- Applicant is accused in Special Case (POCSO) No. 82 of 2020. Trial is going on day-to-day basis. Next scheduled date is 23rd July, 2021. Yet, three witnesses are to be examined. Pending trial, applicant is seeking his release on bail on the ground that the prosecutrix has turned hostile.

In my view, it would be inappropriate to appreciate the evidence of prosecutrix alone, when trial is on going and yet three witnesses are to be examined. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this application. It is disposed of. 3.

However, the learned trial judge is requested to conclude the trial in Special Case (POCSO) No. 82 of 2020, preferably on or before 20th August, 2021.
