Having heard Mr Ladda, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner for some time, it could be observed that in view of the judgment of the Apex Court, in the matter of Bipin Shantilal Panchal vs. State of Gujarat, reported in 2001 AIR 2001 SC 1158, whether the Trial Court has rightly disallowed the question, could be gone into and decided at the time of final hearing.
