S.P.DESHMUKH AND ANOTHER ...

Advocate for Petitioner : Mr. Amol Girsamkar h/f Mr.Deshpande Amit S. AGP for Respondents: Mrs. A.V. Gondhalekar ...

CORAM : R. M. BORDE & P.R. BORA, JJ.

Date: September 10, 2015 ...

PER COURT :- We have perused the order passed by the State Information Commission on 27.6.2014. The information sought for by the petitioner by applications dated 14.11.2011, 19.11.2011, 27.12.2011 and 6.2.2012, so also information sought under the applications dated 14.11.2010, 19.11.2010, 27.12.2011 and 6.2.2012 under the caption Application No.2 and Application No.3 have been directed to be furnished to the applicant, whereas the information sought for under the caption Application No.1 relates to particulars of the individual applicants who tendered their applications, seeking employment to MPSC and the Photostat copies of the applications relating to third party, the same has not been rightly tendered to the applicant and the application in that regard has been rejected.

We do not find any error committed by the appellate authority in issuing the order on an appeal tendered by the petitioner on 27.6.2014. If the petitioner has any grievance in respect of failure of the respondents in furnishing the information, as allowed by the appellate forum, it would be open for the petitioner to avail of remedies available in law. Writ petition does not deserve any favourable consideration and hence stands rejected.
