wp5950.15 an end and the Petitioner has already tendered fresh application for the next academic year i.e. 2016-2017, the instant Petition rendered infructuous.

The Respondent No.1 - A.I.C.T.E. shall have to consider the proposal tendered by the Petitioner for the academic year 2016-2017 in accordance with the provisions of relevant regulations.

The Writ Petition is rendered infructuous, hence stands disposed of.
