ORAL JUDGMENT :

In all these matters, we are concerned with acquisition of Waghur Project.

This Court, in the case of Special Land Acquisition Officer III, Jalgaon Vs. Bhagwat Vithal Sonawane, 2009 (4) MhLJ 308, has, on detailed consideration, determined rate of compensation in respect of lands acquired for Waghur Project, as follows:

(a) For Bagayat lands :

Rs.4,00,000/- per hectare;

(b) For Jirayat land :

Rs.2,00,000/- per hectare;

(c) For pot kharab land :

Rs.1,00,000/- per hectare.

In all these appeals also, the Reference Court has granted similar rates and, therefore, following the decision of

{6} Division Bench in the case of Bhagwat (supra) of this Court, there is no case made out for interference in the award made by the Reference Court.

Accordingly, all these appeals stand covered by Special Land Acquisition Officer III, Jalgaon Vs. Bhagwat Vithal Sonawane, 2009 (4) MhLJ 308. For the reasons set out therein, all these appeals are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
