Writ Petition No.5828 of 2019 is not on Board. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, it is taken on Board.

Ms. Pradnya Talekar, the learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.3 submits that the petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner in revision. During
pendency of the present petitions, the petitioners have availed the alternate remedy of filing a revision before the State Government, which fact was not placed on record by the petitioners. She further submits that the said revision petition has already been decided by the State Government and the order passed by the Minister is already a subject matter of challenge in another writ petition. 3.
Faced with this, Mr. Sujit A. Patil, learned advocate for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petitions. 4.
Leave is granted.
