The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 18th June, 2020 passed by District Judge-4, Parbhani below Exhibit-5 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 46 of 2020, thereby granting stay to the judgment and decree passed by 4th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Parbhani in Regular Civil Suit No. 157 of 2014, till final disposal of the appeal.

Having heard the learned advocates for the parties and as it is informed to this Court that the appeal is kept for final hearing on 4th May, 2023, this petition can be disposed of by directing the appellate court to decide the appeal on or before
