The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a feeding mother. The said aspect has not been considered. Even, the Divisional Commissioner has called the report. The child is one year and three months old.

The Chief Executive Officer is required to consider the said aspect. The Chief Executive Officer shall consider the said aspect and take decision upon the application of the petitioner within a period of fifteen days from today. The

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
