The order dated 17th May 2014 passed by the District Supply Officer, Ahmednagar appears to be contrary to the order delivered by this Court in Writ Petition No.282 of 2013 on 28th February 2013.

In view thereof, the order of the District Supply Officer, Ahmednagar dated 17th May 2014 is hereby set aside. 3.

The petitioner to appear before the District Supply Officer, Ahmednagar along with the order dated 28th February 2013 passed in Writ Petition No.282 of 2013 and also Exhibit 'D', as mentioned in the said order within a period of three weeks from today. 4.

The District Supply Officer, Ahmednagar, after considering the same and upon hearing the petitioner shall decide the application of the petitioner dated 9th January 2014 afresh in the light of the said order.
