PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner and respondents 1 to 3 have submitted a joint undertaking in the nature of compromise terms dated 16.4.2016 in original form. Same is marked as Exhibit "X" for identification and shall be a part of this order.

Exhibit "X" has been signed by both the learned Advocates, identifying the petitioner and the three respondents, who are present in the Court. Exhibit "X" is supported by affirmation on oath. 3.

On the joint statement of the learned Advocates, the petitioner will be at liberty to withdraw Rs.6,61,000/- deposited by the respondents in this Court along with interest, without any condition in the light of paragraph 2 of Exhibit "X".

In terms of paragraph 3 of Exhibit "X", the respondents would submit the updated service book of the petitioner to the Education Officer (S), Zilla Parishad, Beed in any case up to 31.7.2016. Upon receipt of the updated service book, it is directed that the Education Officer (S), shall release the salary of the petitioner from 12.12.2015, within four weeks therefrom. akl/d
