I have heard the learned Advocates herein on behalf of the petitioners, the Zilla Parishad respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and the learned AGP on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 4. Considering the observations set out in the order of the Trial Court dated 02/02/2019, I am not inclined to cause an interference. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that a direction may be issued to the learned District Judge dealing with their Misc.Civil Appeal No.5/2019, to decide their T.I. application Exh.5, expeditiously.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. It is expected that the learned District Judge, Bhoom would decide Exh.5 in MCA khs/JUNE 2019/6248

- 2 - No.5/2019, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31/08/2019, on its own merits.
