Civil Application No.6370 of 2020 is filed by the acquiring body seeking a stay to the impugned award, which is challenged in First Appeal No.2420 of 2020. As the amount directed by us has been deposited and a portion of which is allowed to be withdrawn by the claimants, this Civil Application is allowed.
