The petition is filed for relief of quashing of F.I.R. Crime No. 300/2017 registered with MIDC CIDCO Police Station, Aurangabad, for the offences punishable undewr section 420, 406 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court has carefully gone through the copy of F.I.R. It shows that company has grievance against the employee/petitioner about some account and the amount received by the company through the petitioner. During arguments learned counsels of the petitioner and the Company submit that parties have settled the dispute and the respondent Company has no objection to give the relief claimed in favour of the petitioner. Authority letter given to respondent No 2 is produced today. On the last date affidavit of the said person is filed to aforesaid effect. 4.

In the result and in view of nature of dispute petition is allowed. 5.

Relief is granted in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Rule made absolute in those terms.
