It appears that no confidence motion has been passed against the petitioner with majority of votes. The learned Collector, Hingoli has considered entire aspects of the case on perusal of minutes and other record. The petitioner remained absent during the process of special meeting held to consider the no confidence motion. There is no dispute that the petitioner was duly served with notice of the said special meeting held on 7.2.2019. It further appears that all six members have voted in favour of no confidence motion. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no discussion on the point of no confidence motion. However, I do not find any substance in it. The majority of the members i.e. six members have voted in favour of no confidence motion and

wp13377.19 -2reference has been given to the grounds for carrying out no confidence motion. I do not find any substance in this writ petition. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order:-

Writ petition is hereby dismissed.
