Heard Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel appearing for the applicants-original accused and Mr. Mahajan, learned A.P.P. for Respondent/State.

The applicants-accused have been convicted for the offence punishable under section 354 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to 1/3
suffer simple imprisonment for a period of two years and to pay fine of Rs.2000/- each. The applicants/ accused are also convicted for the offence punishable under section read with Section 341 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and are sentenced to suffer Simple Imprisonment for a period of 15 days. The applicants/accused are also convicted for the offence punishable under section 384 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and are sentenced to suffer Simple Imprisonment for a period of one year. The applicants/accused are also convicted for the offence punishable under section 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and are sentenced to suffer Simple Imprisonment for a period of two years. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the fine amount is already deposited before the trial court, this court is of the opinion that the applicants-accused shall be released on bail during the pendency of the appeal. Hence following order:
i. Substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed against against the applicants-original accused is 2/3
suspended till disposal of the appeal and during pendency of the appeal, all the applicants-accused shall be enlarged on bail on their furnishing Personal Release Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) each before the trial Court. ii. Criminal application disposed of.
