The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime no.I-43 of 2016 registered at Bhingar Camp Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar for the alleged incident dated 21/4/2016, resulting into registration of crime for the offences punishable
2 Cri. Appln. 2761-2016 under section 323, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4/25 of the Arms Act.

Perused the contents of the FIR and the investigation papers.

It is claimed that the incident has occurred at about 12.30 in the night.

It is also claimed that the complainant has suffered injuries caused by sword.

Having perused the investigation papers, it is noted that the complainant has suffered simple injury to thumb and forearm. Nothing serious act could be noticed as against the present applicant from the investigation papers, which wants his custodial interrogation.

Hence, the following order:- I) In the event of the arrest of the applicant
3 Cri. Appln. 2761-2016 in Crime no.I-43 of 2016 registered with Bhingar Camp Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under section 323, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4/25 of the Arms Act, he be released on bail, upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
II) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 13th and 14th June, 2016 between 10 am and 12 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
