In case the application seeking rental compensation is pending with the respondents, then the respondent Nos. 2/3 shall decide the application filed by the petitioner seeking rental compensation expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today on its own merits including its maintainability. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
