The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kopargaon, by an order dated 27th June, 2013, passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 520 of 2008, ordered maintenance of Rs. 1,500/- p.m. to each of the respondents, which was confirmed in Revision No. 38 of 2013 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kopargaon vide order dated 1st September, 2014.

The respondent No. 2 is the daughter of the present petitioner. 3.

Considering source of income of present petitioner as regards the operation of his small business, learned Magistrate, so also the revisional Court have reached to the conclusion and have awarded the maintenance of Rs. 1,500/- p.m. to the respondents.

There is no denial of relationship.

In view there-of, in my opinion, no case for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction is made out, criminal writ petition fails and stands dismissed.
