Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1,2 and 3.

Mr.Deshpande, learned counsel submits that the borewell of the petitioner was requisitioned by the Respondent Nos.2 and 5 for a period 1.1.2013 to 31.3.2013 but the Respondent has calculated the period only from 14.3.2013 to 31.3.2013 for making payment. The petitioner has given representation to Respondent Nos.2 and 3, however, no decision has been taken on it as yet.

Learned A.G.P. states that if the representation is pending then the same would be decided in accordance with the facts and law.

In light of that the Respondent Tahsildar shall take decision on the representation (Exh.F) dated 22.4.2013 if not already decided on its own merits in accordance with the facts and law expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months. 7.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
