The Contempt Petition is presented seeking action against the respondent for violating the directions issued by this Court on 08.08.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.9795 of 2017 in respect of the expeditious disposal of the Tribe Certificate Verification Proposal of the petitioner. 2.

The learned AGP appearing for the State, on instructions, informs that on 10.10.2018, the petitioner was called before the Vigilance Cell for the purpose of vigilance inquiry, however, he sought five days time for furnishing necessary documents. It thus appears that since the

CP.696-18.odt petitioner himself is responsible for causing delay in disposal of the proceedings, the cognizance of this Contempt Application does not deserves to be taken.
