Looking at impugned order, all relevant aspects appear to have been properly considered and in the circumstances, it is difficult to accede to the request being made under the writ petition. The petitioner, however, may prosecute the proceedings pending in regular civil suit no. 7 of 2015 before civil judge, senior division, Omerga. The suit, in the circumstances, may be proceeded with expeditiously.
