The present civil application is filed for condonation of delay caused in filing review application.

We have also heard the review application.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that, the Additional Collector Atiyat did not possess the jurisdiction to pass the impugned order.

Section 11 of the Hyderabad Atiyat Enquiry Act provides for the remedy of appeal. The alternate remedy is available to the applicants against the order of the Additional Collector Atiyat. They can raise all the grounds available to them before the appellate authority as may be permissible under law and against framing of scheme also they have remedy available. 5.
