Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of this Writ petition, the sole petitioner died. The legal heir no.(1a) is the wife of deceased Uddhav. She is a housewife. The legal heir nos. (1b) to (1d) are the minors under the guardianship of legal heir no.(1a). Learned counsel submits that the delay occurred in filing this application for bringing the legal heirs on record is not intentional or deliberate one.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and disposed off accordingly. ( V. K. JADHAV, J. ) vre/-
