These are the applications for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.0280/2021, registered with Neknoor Police Station, District Beed, for the offence punishable under Section 399 of the Indian Penal Code.

(( 2 )) 60-BA-843, 741-2022 Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and the related police papers.

The applicants are alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Section 399 of the Indian Penal Code and said to have made preparation to commit dacoity. According to the learned APP, the applicants have criminal antecedents. They, therefore, doesn'
t deserve to be enlarged on bail.

The applicants have been behind the bars for little over seven months. The charge-sheet has been filed. Two coaccused have been granted bail. Fifth one was the juvenile in conflict with law. On the ground of parity, the applications are allowed in terms of following order:
O R D E R
(i) The Bail Applications are allowed.
(ii)The applicants be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0280/2021, registered with Neknoor Police Station, District Beed, for the offence punishable under Section 399 of the Indian Penal Code, on their executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with surety bond each of the like amount.
(( 3 )) 60-BA-843, 741-2022 (iii)The applicants shall attend Neknoor Polcie Station once a week i.e. on every Sunday between 7.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. for next twelve months.
(iv)The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
