After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail in view of the peculiar facts that till date around 16 witnesses have been examined and there is a good progress in the trial. 2.
Besides, the learned A.P.P. also stated that the trial is likely to be completed in near future.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application, adding the prayer for expediting the trial. The facts of the case reveal that the trial Judge is trying his level best to complete the trial at the earliest. However, he may have some

This direction is issued in view of the request of learned counsel for the applicant though there is progress in the trial. It is made clear that this order shall not be used in future for the bail application if any filed.
