Learned A.P.P. states that he is in receipt of communication showing that the investigation of crime no. 0113/2021 registered with Jafrabad Police Station has been handed over to the Economic Offence Wing, Jalna. 2.

Having regard to aforesaid, grievance of the petitioner substantially gets met with.

Learned counsel Mr. Deshmukh appearing for petitioner states that for rest of the reliefs, he may avail of remedies as would be available in law.

In view of aforesaid, Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
