The application seeks to recall the order dated 01/7/2021, insofar as it imposes cost of Rs.5000/- on the ofce of the Govt. Pleader for non-deposit of the record in the Registry of the High Court, in compliance with the order dated 20/9/2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Patil as well as Mr. Bagul appearing for the respondents have no objection, considering the request made, the order to the extent, it imposes cost of Rs.5000/- is recalled, however the ofce of the Govt. Pleader, is strictly warned, that such direliction in the future shall not be countenanced by this Court. The Civil Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
