It appears that the appellant-insurance company has some good case. However, considering the quantum of amount under the award, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount, on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount be fixed in any nationalised bank, pending the appeal.
