Mr. Phatale, learned counsel submits that the respondent nos. 1 and 2 have granted time to the petitioner to produce the validity certificate latest by 27th June, 2018. 2.

The committee shall consider the exigency existing in the matter.

The committee shall decide the validation proceedings in

2 wp 5914.18 respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner latest by 26th June, 2018. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 20th June, 2018.

Needless to state, the committee shall consider the validity certificates issued and relied by the petitioner. 5.

Learned A.G.P. shall communicate this order to the committee.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
