This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0362/2021, registered with Mukundwadi Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 370(4)(5), 323, 324 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 75, 76, 80 and 82 of the Juvenile Justice Act and under Section 11 of the Prevention of Maharashtra Begging Act, 1959.

Heard. Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and related papers.

The learned Advocate for the applicant would submit that there is no relevant material against the present applicant in the crime in question.

The learned APP when called upon to point out the relevant and admissible material, which could be converted into evidence against the applicant is concerned, he could not point any material against the applicant herein. Hence, following order:

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0362/2021, registered with Mukundwadi Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 370(4)(5), 323, 324 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 75, 76, 80 and 82 of the Juvenile Justice Act and under Section 11 of the Prevention of Maharashtra Begging Act, 1959, on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond of the like amount.
