At the out set a request is made by the learned advocate for respondent No.2 that already order of status-quo is passed by this court. He submits that the petition can be disposed off by directing the learned trial court to expedite the trial in the proceeding bearing RCC No. 89/2019 and he has no objection to continue the interim arrangement made by this court by order dated 24-05-2019. Learned advocate for the petitioner fairly accepts the proposal and he submits that the cattle are in safe custody with Goshala and he has also no objection to said proposal.

In view of this criminal writ petition No. 833 of 2019 stands disposed off with a request to learned JMFC to decide

All the issues are kept open.
