We have heard Mr. Patil, the learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned advocate submits that, the letter of intent is issued in favour of the petitioner. Some deficiencies were communicated. The petitioner replied the same, however, as yet no decision has been taken, nor the LPG distributorship is allotted to the petitioner. The respondents be directed to allot the LPG distributorship in favour of the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has not placed on record any order whereby the letter of intent issued to the petitioner is cancelled. There is no document to show as to whether letter of intent is cancelled and/or any further steps undertaken by respondents. The petitioner, it appears that has not approached the respondents after 2018 and has filed present petition.

In absence of any specific order passed, it would not be appropriate to entertain the present writ petition. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps, if some adverse orders are passed.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
