Therefore, the jurisdictional Court would be the Principal Seat of this High Court at Mumbai. In this view of the matter, this writ petition cannot be entertained at Aurangabad Bench and is accordingly disposed off. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Principal Bench for the said grievance, if he so desires.
