This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 371 days caused in filing the appeal. The appellant is the original claimant in LAR filed under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. The judgment is sought to be challenged on adequacy of compensation. 3.

The application is vehemently opposed by the respondent No.3 Acquiring Body and learned AGP.

However, since the application is filed by the claimant, who lost his property in the acquisition, this Court is inclined to allow the application. The application therefore stands allowed. Office to register first appeal.

With this, civil application stands disposed off. FIRST APPEAL 6.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 10th November 2025.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 8.

Mr. Ingole waives service of notice for Respondent No.3. 9.

It is informed that already some of the appeals are decided by this Court arising out of the same group, parties are, therefore, put to notice that on the next date the Court may take up the appeals for final disposal at the stage of admission.
