Learned counsel for the petitioner assailed the order of the Tribunal not granting interim relief. It is submitted by the learned counsel for respective parties that now the matter is kept on 27.7.2018 for final disposal. The respondent State shall also work out the matter before the Tribunal on the appointed date and as would be convenient to the Tribunal. Needless to state, the Tribunal would consider the exigency and decide the matter expeditiously.
