On last date i.e. on 03.01.2023 the memo of affidavit of settlement between the petitioner and Secretary of contemnor institution has been taken on record along with the copies of the minutes of meeting between them dtd. 31.12.2022. The learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time to go through aforesaid affidavit and minutes. Today he submitted that his client is ready for the settlement and mentioned in the aforesaid affidavit and minutes of the meeting.

Therefore, in view of the aforesaid settlement and the minutes of meeting dtd. 31.12.2022 the present contempt petition is disposed of.
