PER COURT :- Counsel appearing for the petitioner has invited our attention to the order passed on 5.4.2018 in Writ Petition No.3450/2018, wherein, the scrutiny committee was directed to decide the proceedings in respect of validation of the tribe certificate of the petitioner by the end of May, 2018. It is informed that the proceedings have not yet been decided in spite of the directions issued by us. The petitioner belongs to Manerwarlu Scheduled tribe and has appeared for NEET examination and is desirous of securing admission to medical course.

In the circumstances, we deem it proper to direct the scrutiny committee to decide the validation claim of the petitioner pending with the scrutiny committee on or before

In view of the decision rendered by this Court in Writ Petition No.5625/2018 and other companion matters, this petition also stands disposed of with identical directions. The petitioner shall appear before the scrutiny committee on 25.6.2018. The programme as well as directions contained in paragraph Nos.16 and 17 of the order passed in writ Petition No.5625/2017 and other companion matters shall be adhered to by the scrutiny committee in case of the petitioner.
