As the contents of the application wherein prayer for transfer of H.M.P. No.260 of 2013 from the Court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Nashik to the Court of Kopargaon are made and are not controverted, the same are accepted.

As such, Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) which reads thus :

(B) The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to allow the present proceedings and thereby transfer the suit and proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No.260 of 2013 from the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Kopargaon by issuing appropriate orders for the said purpose."
