Mr. Bolkar, the learned counsel submits that there is a dispute amongst the members of the management. One group has issued show cause notice to the petitioner. The said group does not have any jurisdiction to issue the said notice. During the period, the respondents are contending that the petitioner was absent. The order of status quo was in force. The said aspects will have to be considered by the authority.

The respondents have only issued a show cause notice. The petitioner claims to be a permanent employee and further no action can be taken without disciplinary

957-wp.5841-19.odt proceedings. As only show cause notice has been issued, we are not inclined to entertain the petition at this stage. The petitioner is at liberty to reply the said show cause notice and bring the facts of existence of order of the status-quo to the respondents and thereafter if the respondents are proceeding further, the petitioner may raise his grievance. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
