36-CA-11294-2022 record in different capacity. Hence, there is no question of delay in filing the present application. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'D', which reads thus : 'D' - The legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.1 i.e. his real son mr. Prakash s/o Bhanudas Suradkar who was already on record as Respondent No. 3 may kindly be permitted to be brought on record as representative of Respondent No. 1. 3.
