1) The application is filed for transfer of H.M.P. No.57/2015 which is presently pending in the Court of the Civil Judge Senior Division Beed. The said proceeding is filed by husband for dissolution of marriage. Both the sides are heard.

2) Learned counsel for the applicant, wife submitted that the applicant has filed proceeding for maintenance which is bearing No.E-99/2014 and it is pending in Family Court Aurangabad. He submitted that the applicant has no resources and she is required to go

2 MCA 71/2015 to Beed along with one male attendant and she is not able to spend for the litigation and she will not be able to contest the matter for divorce filed in Beed Court. It appears that no maintenance amount is paid by the husband to the wife. The husband has given occupation of the wife as household in the cause title of the Hindu Marriage Petition.

3) In view of these facts and circumstances this Court holds that the proceeding needs to be transferred from the Court at Beed to Family Court at Aurangabad. 4) In the result, the application is allowed. Hindu Marriage Petition No.57/2015 presently pending in the Court of the Civil Judge Senior Division Beed is withdrawn from that Court and is transferred to Family Court Aurangabad. The Court at Aurangabad is to see that both the matters are kept on the same date so that no inconvenience is caused to both the sides. The parties are to appear before the Family Court Aurangabad on 7 September 2015.
