The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that respondent no.2 had constituted Committee for conducting enquiry. The enquiry has been conducted by the Committee and as some members were not available, the report could not be submitted. The Committee would submit report within one week. The respondent no.2 has already directed respondent no.3 not to make any further payments to the Contractor.

In view of the said statement, the purpose of the writ petition stands served. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
