We have heard Mr. Salgare, learned counsel for petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Management has not submitted the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner.

Mr. S. M. Gunjal, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos.6 and 7 and submits that respondent Nos.6 and 7 would submit the proposal seeking approval of the appointment of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.

In case, the proposal is submitted by respondent Nos.6 and 7 as agreed, the Education Officer shall consider the said proposal
