The application is filed for transfer of H.M.P. No. 200333/2015 presently pending in the Family Court at Pune.

Heard both the sides.

The submissions made show that the applicant - wife is required to take care of her son aged 3 years. It appears that she has no source of income and she is required to take somebody to Pune to attend the proceeding and for that she has no money. Further, she has filed proceeding under the provisions of Protection of

2 M.C.A. 73.2015 Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and also for maintenance u/s 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and these proceedings are pending in the Court at Jalgaon. On these grounds, she has prayed for transfer of matter to the Jalgaon Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent - husband submitted that the applicant is highly qualified lady. She is M.B.A. It is submitted that before marriage, she was in service, though at present she is not in service. 5.

The submissions made show that the husband will be required to attend the proceedings at Jalgaon. For his convenience also, the matter used to be brought at one place so that the Court can fix the date in all the three matters.

Present Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

H.M.P. No. 200333/2015 pending in the Court of the Civil Judge [Sr.Division], Pune is transfered to the Court of the Civil Judge [Sr.Division], Jalgaon. Parties to appear before the said Court on 19/10/2015. Civil Judge [Sr.Division], Jalgaon to take care and see that one and same date is kept for the evidence of both the sides when other two matters are fixed in other courts.
