Heard Mr. Sachin S.Deshmukh, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable u/s 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and is sentenced to suffer Simple Imprisonment for a period of one month and to pay fine of Rs. 1 Lakh. The sentence imposed by the criminal Court has been confirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, against which the present
2 Cr.Apln. 2785.2016.odt application is preferred.

During the pendency of Criminal Appeal, the applicant has already deposited an amount of Rs. 30,000/- [Rupees Thirty Thousand] before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Latur. Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel appearing for the applicant has stated that now the applicant is ready to deposit additional amount of Rs. 20,000/- [Rupees Twenty Thousand].

Hence, in view of the facts and the submissions made on behalf of the applicant, the applicant Meera w/o Dayanand Shinde be released on bail on her furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand] with one surety in the like amount till the disposal of the Criminal Revision Application subject to the condition that the applicant should deposit an amount of Rs. 20,000/- [Rupees Twenty Thousand] before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Latur within a period of one week from today.

Criminal Revision Application is 'admitted'.

Criminal Application stands disposed of.
