It is an application for stay moved by the appellant/acquiring body.

Heard Mrs. Shelke, learned counsel for appellant/acquiring body, Mr. Ingale, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4/original claimants and Mr. Sangle, learned AGP for respondent Nos.5 and 6. It is revealed during the course of argument that the appellant/acquiring body has deposited the entire amount of compensation under the impugned award and this Court was pleased to permit the original claimants to withdraw the entire amount of compensation. As such, the interim stay needs to be confirmed. Hence, the following order is passed:
