The application at the behest of applicant no.1 - Akash @ Akshay s/o. Arjun Shinde stands dismissed as withdrawn, upon instructions to that effect received by the learned Counsel for the applicants.

So far as applicant no.2 Sonabai is concerned, role attributed to her is causing grievous injury to the complainant's mother-in-law.

Looking to the investigation as is carried out, it is required to be noted that the victim Hausabai suffered simple injury. there is no other attributions as against applicant no.2 Sonabai. 5.

At the behest of the present applicant, it is brought to my notice that Crime No. 96/2016, for offences punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, is not in dispute.

Hence, the applicant deserves to be granted pre-arrest bail in connection with the crime in question.

The Application is partly allowed with the following directions :- (a) As observed above, application of applicant no.1

(b) Application of applicant no.2 - Sonabai w/o. Arjun Shinde stands allowed and in the event of her arrest, in connection with Crime No. I-97/2016, registered with Newasa Police Station, Taluka Newasa, District Ahmednagar, for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 436, 427, 323, 324, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, she is directed to be released on bail, on her furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount (c) Applicant no.2 - Sonabai shall attend concerned Police Station as and when reasonably called by the Investigation Officer for the purpose of investigation / interrogation.

(d) Applicant no.2 - Sonabai shall not attempt to influence any of the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

The Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
