Learned counsel Mr. Choukidar for the petitioners states that, a proper proposal in view of the development that petitioners No.2 to 4 have passed Teacher Eligibility Test during pendency of the writ petition, the major hindering factor which has weighed in negating the approval to their appointment, being no longer subsisting and other reasons can be explained since petitioners No.2 to 4 are from reserved category.

Learned counsel refers to order dated 11-09-2018

W.P. No.3230/2019 :: 2 ::

in Writ Petition No.8588 of 2016, stating that in view of said decision of this Court, Government Resolution dated 02-05-2012 would not hold back appointments of reserved category candidates.

Having regard to aforesaid, it is submitted, it would be expedient that a proper proposal would be put up before the concerned authority, to be considered by it, afresh. 3.

In the circumstances, Writ Petition as well as Civil Application are disposed of, directing the concerned authority to consider the proposal which petitioners state, would be submitted within a period of four weeks, if so submitted, without being influenced by its earlier decision as well as this order and decide the same on merits, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
